This morning some of the guys who are studying through the Life of Christ together gathered at the Whetstone Park of Roses. We came together to be alone. . .with God. We had been observing how many times Jesus got away. So we decided to follow in His footsteps and get away to be with the Father.

It was a meaningful time for all of us. The setting was painted by God Himself. . .and the time with Him was wonderful. Solitude Sunday was a good thing. I realize all the more why I need to schedule solitude into my life. . .because I did it. Try it. You need it!
